Refund policy

Returns are accepted within three (3) days of delivery, provided the product remains unopened and unused.

Refunds are permitted prior to shipment.

To request a return or refund, sign in to your account, select the order, and submit a request. Please include your order number, a photo of the items, and a detailed description of the issue.

Return and refund requests take up to two (2) days to be approved. Approved refunds can be issued as store credit or to your original payment method, based on your preference.
